Envelope Back

Envelope Back is a browser extension for managing todos in Kanban style. It opens in new tab page. You can drag & drop todos between "today", "this week", "this month" lists. You can also create new lists of your own, list of hobby project, list of trip preparation... Envelope Back is available at macOS App Store and Google Chrome Web Store.

Design Philosophy: "back-of-the-envelope calculation"

A rough but timely estimation on the back-of-the-envelope can lead to a grand design. In the same philosophy, Envelope Back is made to provide a quick, informal way of jotting down your personal todos and ideas. Just like having a scrap of paper by hand.

It's does not need to be well organized but it must be handy. All todos are shown in a single page, because constantly keeping them beneath your eyes is important. There is no target date field because you know that in your head. Instead, with "today", "this week", "this month" columns, the spatial sequence of todos natually become the time order you want it to be done.

Drawer

When Christopher Nolan had the inital idea of Inception, he set it aside in the drawer. 10 years later, when things were ready, it was finally made into film.

Editable History

When cleared, completed todos will be saved in History as plain text. You can edit it and add any comment as you like.
